The training may involve activities like plyometrics, weightlifting, resistance training, core exercises, and flexibility work, along with drills that simulate movements used in diving routines.
In swimming, dryland training focuses on building muscle groups used in strokes and improving cardiovascular fitness to enhance speed and efficiency in the water.
